Hot pregnancy

Man, it is so hot down here in Mississippi even though they say this has been a very cool year for us so far. For me, it is hell. I have all this extra weight to carry around andI just feel sweaty and gross.
Anyway,I have been entering giveaways lately because I am broke and I am trying to get things I can give to everyone on there Birthdays, stuff for my little fella who will be here shortly and for me because I need things too.I think I am getting addicted to looking for giveaways.I really don't have much else going on right now.My husband works all the time and I don't drive.I am without a job so I stay on this computer and hope to win lots of wonderful things that will come in handy. So far, I have won something every day and hey, that isn't bad!

Thank you so much for stopping by my site today and I especially thank you for leaving a message. It's always nice to make new blogging friends. Please stop back by anytime.

I feel for you with being pregnant and with the heat and all. One of my children was born at the end of June and the other at the end of August...what was I thinking!

Take care and good luck in my little giveaway. You've won a giveaway a day...those are some good odds. I never win a single one!!

Congrats on the wins - and good luck on winning more! :)

I'm like you, the highlight with the heat is checking out the mailbox to see what's there, lol I don't drive either so I am at the mercy of my husband's schedule (and gas prices - ugh) Boring!

It's not a bad year, really, for Mississippi. It's all that extra baby weight. I suffered through a MS summer as a pregnant person. Ugh. Hang in there!

Hi,

Thanks for stopping by my blog and entering my giveaway. Sounds like you have pretty good odds of winning if you continue on like you have been.

OK, Now I don't know you but I can tell from your posts and even in your "About Me" section that you are not really happy these days.

First, let me tell you that you ARE special! You are someone God has picked out to be a mommy! What a wonderful gift you have. Not everyone gets such a super blessing like you have received.

You have so much to offer this world. You have ideas, tips, kind words, your friendship and heart to offer.

Making friends is harder as we get older. But you could join a church, a mommy and me group, a gym, take a class or even start up your group doing something you love to do.

Do you like crafts, baking, decorating, sewing, making anything, gardening?

You could even start up meeting friends by locating other bloggers who live by you and asking them to go to lunch or shopping or a movie.

Once you have your baby you are going to be opened up to a whole new world. You will have tons of friends, if you really want them. You just have to extend yourself and go places to meet them.

Even walking around to the parks, library or shopping centers. You can strike up a conversation with someone at the grocery store. If you are not used to doing this try it anyway. You may find it's not as hard as you think.

Hang in there. Your mood will perk up.

Feel free to email me anytime you want to chat. I would love to come over and take you to lunch if I lived by you. But I'm out here in CA so it's a pretty far drive.

Have a wonderful 4th of July and a great weekend.

Oh and tell your husband you would like to spend some time with him and get out of the house to do something fun with him when he is home.

Hugs,
Joanne

Babe, I understand fully.
I am a single mom of six kids, and I enter giveaways so that I can save some gifts back for the holidays (My kids range from 16 years old-6 months).

It's fun to win things and know that it'll put a smile on someone's face.

Don't get down, it's hard to miss your hubby, and to be pregnant, soon enough you will have someone that will take your mind off of it all.

If you ever need to talk/rant, etc, I am not a judgy type person, and I have a great big ear that listens very well!

*hugs*

Girl, I am TERRIFIED of driving! I like to say I'm doing my part for the environment by not driving, but the truth is, they'd have to drug me up so much for me to drive it'd be illegal for me to drive, lol.
