Here is Jack sitting in Santa's lap. Santa was played by a really nice man that used to live in my neighborhood. The beard is real but dyed.Jack was not afraid of him until my niece started screaming and crying,then he decided he was scared too.

Cute pics! Jack looks like he did a lot better with Santa than my G-man. Just wait until next year, it's a whole new ballgame!
